  1. Select products and track basket progress

Add a product to your shopping cart.

To place an order, go to the tab corresponding to the collection you are interested in - Men's or Women's - then select the category of the product(s) you wish to purchase.

You can narrow or focus your search by using the size, color and/or fit filters, then click Apply.

Once on the product page, select your size and click on Add to cart.

It is also possible to make a quick purchase from the category page by clicking the button that appears on the image of the product you wish to order, after selecting your size.

Follow the progress of your basket.

As you navigate through the e-shop and make your purchase, you will be able to access your basket directly or track its progress (contents and total amount) before finalizing your order.

To do this, simply click on the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner of your browser and scroll through the contents of your shopping cart to modify it by adding or deleting products from your selection, or by changing the size or color of the chosen product.

Clicking on view cart will take you directly to the shopping cart page, where you can also make any changes you wish before check-out and payment.

Basket availability and validity.

You can select the products of your choice and proceed to check-out later.

Once added to the basket, your selection will be kept for 30 days, subject to stock availability, whether or not you are logged in to your account. If a product in your basket is sold out before you proceed to checkout, it will be automatically removed from your basket and a notification will be displayed when you access your basket.

To find out your size, consult our size guide available on every page. Sizes may vary from one product to another, depending on its composition and your morphology.

Fit (style)

You may want to wear a pair of "fitted" pants in a more casual way.

  1. Finalize your order

To finalize your order, go to your shopping cart. You can finalize your order by creating your customer account.

Customer member

By creating a personal account on www.newman.fr, you can subscribe to the New Man Newsletter.

The New Man Newsletter is an exclusive way to keep up to date with all the latest information about the brand: promotions, private sales, events, as well as a number of one-off or permanent advantages, which we'll be delighted to share with you season after season.

To create your account, simply fill in your personal details (surname, first name and e-mail required) as well as your billing address and your delivery address, if different. You can choose to save these addresses or enter them each time you place an order.

Once you have chosen your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a parcel tracking number.

  1. Payment

Regardless of the country in which you place your order and wish to have it delivered, you can pay using one of the following payment methods:

- Credit card: Carte Bleu, Visa, Master Card.

- Paypal

The E-shop www.newman.fr does not allow payment in instalments.

  1. Modifying or cancelling your order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact customer service either by e-mail at contact@newman.fr or by telephone on +33 1 81.80.57.77. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it is not already being shipped. Otherwise, as soon as we receive your package, you can return it by following the returns procedure.

From France

Returns in France (free return shipping)

You have 40 days from receipt of your order to return unworn, labelled products in their original packaging. We'll cover the cost of returns within metropolitan France.

  1. Download the return form

Go to your MY ACCOUNT area to indicate the products you wish to return, then download and print your returns slip. Don't forget to indicate the reason for the return on the enclosed document (quality defect, size problem, etc.).

Once your items have been entered in the MY ACCOUNT/RETURNS area, the request can no longer be modified.

If you have problems downloading your returns slip, please use Chrome or Firefox to download your voucher! If the problem persists, please contact us at contact@newman.fr and we'll find a solution as soon as possible.

1 - Advertise

Send an e-mail to contact@newman.fr or call us on 01 81 80 57 77 with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2 - Return label

We will send you a prepaid return label with the address of the depot where you can send us the item(s) in question.

3 - Send

Stick the shipping label on your parcel and drop it off at the post office of your choice!

Returns outside France (return costs at your expense)

Regardless of the country in which you placed your order, you have 40 days from receipt of your order, postmark or signature on the packing slip to return unworn and labelled products to us, in their original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your parcel has been delivered to the post office or carrier, we usually receive it within 5 to 10 working days. To avoid any problems, please keep a record of your parcel's tracking number. Once your parcel has been received, our logistics team will process your return within a few days - product quality control, label verification... An email will be sent to you to inform you of the refund of your order.

Please note that any product found to have been worn, washed or with labels cut out will be returned to you and the refund refused.

Exchange

We do not make standard exchanges. For a new size, another model or another color, simply return your order to us within 40 days of receipt of your parcel, cash on delivery, and place a new order on the e-shop.
