Items offered for sale on our site are available for delivery in mainland France and Europe.


DELIVERY METHODS


You can choose between two delivery methods:

Home delivery with Chronopost Express to the delivery address you provide when placing your order.

Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next day before 1pm.

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm on weekends or public holidays will be delivered the next working day before 1pm.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the parcel will be deposited at the post office listed on the delivery slip given to you in your letterbox, inviting you to collect it under the conditions and within the time indicated by the Post Office. At the end of this period, the Post Office will return the unclaimed parcel to us.

For parcels not delivered for the reasons "unclaimed" or "does not live at the address indicated", we will send you an email. The parcel can be reshipped with your agreement and payment of the corresponding reshipment costs. In the event of refusal to reship, or in the absence of a response from you within 7 days of the email being sent, we will refund you only the amount of the items ordered, i.e. excluding the initial shipping costs.

In a Chrono Relais point relay (France only), shipping costs are free in Relais exclusively in Metropolitan France from €95 upwards.


DELIVERY TIMES


We undertake to use our best efforts to deliver the items in your order within the times indicated at the "Delivery" stage.

The delivery times mentioned at this stage run from receipt of your Order Confirmation.

In the event of a delay in delivery, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible.

In the event of a prolonged delay in delivery, you are invited to notify us by telephone on 01 81 80 57 77 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm (French time), or by email at contact@newman.fr or by clicking on the Customer Service tab in the Need Help section.


ORDER TRACKING


In the "My account" section, you can track the delivery of your order.

For relay point deliveries, you will receive an email confirming delivery to the relay point you have chosen, with a reminder of the relay point's address and opening hours.

RECEIPT OF ORDER


A delivery note accompanies your order.

On receipt of your order, you must check the condition of the items delivered. You have a period of 3 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel in which to make any reservations to the carrier and to us, with all the necessary supporting documents, by telephone on 01 81 80 57 77 or by clicking on the Customer Service tab in the Need Help section, without prejudice to the application of the legal guarantee of conformity and against defects in the Articles, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects, which may apply apart from any defects resulting from the conditions of transport.
