SELECTIONS, ORDERS AND PAYMENT

 

1.         Select products and follow the evolution of the cart

 

Add a product to your cart.

To order, go to the tab corresponding to the collection which interests you - Man or Woman - then select the category of the product or products which you wish to buy.

 

 

You can narrow or target your search by using the size, color and/or cut filters, then clicking Apply.

 

 

Once on the product page, select your size and click Add to Cart.

 

It is also possible to make a quick purchase from the category page by clicking the button that appears on the image of the product you wish to order, after selecting your size.

 

Follow the evolution of the Cart.

Throughout your navigation on the e-shop and your purchase path, you will be able to directly access your cart or follow its evolution (content and total amount) before finalizing your order.

 

To do so, simply click on the cart icon at the top right of your browser and scroll down the contents of your cart to modify it by adding or deleting products from your selection or by changing the size or color of the chosen product.

 

 

By clicking on view my cart, you will go directly to the cart page where you can also do any desired changes before check-out and payment.

 

 

Availability and validity of the cart.

You can select the products of your choice and proceed to payment later.

 

 

Once added to the cart, your selection will be kept for 30 days subject to stock availability, whether or not you are connected to your account. If a product in your cart is sold out before you complete your order, it will be automatically removed from your cart and a notification will be displayed when you access your cart.

 

 

 

2.         Which size to choose?

To know your size, consult our size guide available on each page. The sizes can vary from one product to another according to its composition, but also to your morphology.

 

 

Well-fitting (style)

You may want to wear "fitting" pants in a more casual way.

 

To know the size most indicated according to the product and your morphology, do not hesitate to read the product description and style recommendations.

 

3.         Finalize your order

To finalize your order, go to your shopping cart.

 

You can finalize your order as a guest buyer or by creating your customer account

 

 

Non-Member Client - Obligations and Provisional Data Management

As a "non-member" Customer, simply confirm your purchase by entering your invoice address and your delivery address, which may be different, then selecting your payment method and your email address.

 

 

 

This information is essential for the proper processing and tracking of your order, both for delivery and for a possible return.

 

 

Indeed, a purchase confirmation will be sent to you by email with a parcel tracking number.

 

If you choose to remain a non-member Customer, your email address will be retained until the expiration date of authorize return of your product.

 

After this date, it will no longer be possible for you to return the product to us and we will destroy the unregistered data.

 

 

Member Client

By creating a personal account at www.newman.fr, you become a member of Squad New Man and get 10% off your first order.

In this respect, you agree to receive exclusively all information relating to the brand: newsletters, promotions, private sales, events, as well as certain occasional or permanent advantages, which we will have the pleasure of making you discover season after season.

 

You can also become a Squad member by creating your personal account here without making an immediate purchase.

 

 

To create your account, simply enter your personal information (name, first name and email required) as well as your billing address and your delivery address if different. You can choose to save these addresses or enter them with each order.

 

 

Once you have chosen your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a parcel tracking number. You can also choose to receive this information by sms by entering your telephone number.

 

 

4.         Payment

Whatever the country in which you place your order and wish to be delivered, you can proceed to the payment by using one of the following means of payment:

-       Credit card: Carte Bleu, Visa, Master Card.

-       Paypal

 

 

The E-shop www.newman.fr does not allow payments in several instalments.

 

5.         Modify or cancel your order

 

In case you wish to modify or cancel your order you must contact customer service either by email at [email protected] or by phone at +33 1 49.89.76.20. We will endeavour to modify and cancel your order if it is not already being shipped. In the opposite case as of reception of the parcel, you will proceed to the return of your order by following the procedure of return.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns in France (return cost free)

 

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order, date as postmark, to return us the products not worn and labeled, in their original packaging. We offer you the costs of return to metropolitan France.

 

 

 

  1. Download the return slip

 

Go to your MY ACCOUNT area to indicate the products concerned, then download and print your return slip. Do not forget to indicate the reason for the return on the attached document (quality defect, size problem, etc.).

 

 

Once your articles are announced in the MY ACCOUNT/RETURNS area, the request cannot be modified.

 

If you have trouble downloading your return slip, use Chrome or Firefox to download your return slip. In case of persistent problem, write to us at [email protected], we will find a solution as soon as possible.

 

 

 

1 - Advertise

For a simplified return and a faster refund, you can register your return request on our site, in my MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS area.

 

 

2 - Follow the steps

Select the return mode here. You can return your package with the same shipping method as your order. You will find the return label in your package.

 

 

3 - Send

Stick the shipping label on your package and drop it as soon as possible in the relay point or post office of your choice.

 

 

 

 

Returns outside France (return costs at your expense)

 

Regardless of the country in which you have placed your order, you have 14 days upon receipt of your order, date as postmark or signature of the delivery note, to return us the products not worn and labelled, in their original packaging.

 

 

The return shipping costs are at your expense.

 

Reimbursement

After delivery of your parcel to the Post Office or to the carrier, it usually reaches us between 5 to 10 working days. To avoid problems, keep preciously your parcel tracking number.

 

 

Once your package has been received, our logistics team will process your return in a few days - product quality control, label verification...

 

An email will be sent to inform you of the refund of your order.

 

Please note that any product that turns out to be worn, washed or whose labels have been cut, will be returned to you and the refund refused.

 

 

Exchange

We do not make standard exchanges. For a new size, another model or another colour, simply return your order within 14 days and place order again on the e-shop.

 

 

 

 

If your order concerns a limited-edition article or exclusive web article, we cannot guarantee stocks availability. Also, we advise you to place an order without waiting for the refund of your initial order.

 

 

 

If you order the same model in a new size, the shipping costs for this new purchase are refunded on simple request to [email protected]; we will be mobilized in order to process in priority the refund of your initial order.

CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT

You can also create your customer account via your Facebook profile through the Facebook Connect application.

 

By creating your account, you will automatically receive our newsletter and all exclusive information about promotions, private sales and events.
